Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final once hardware has shipped from the manufacturer facility.

Due to the specialized, high-value, and heavy-freight nature of our longevity hardware (including hyperbaric chambers, photobiomodulation beds, and contrast therapy systems), returns are strictly subject to manufacturer terms:

• Cancellations Prior to Dispatch: Orders cancelled prior to freight dispatch are subject to a 5% administrative payment processing fee.

• Restocking Fee: Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Freight Charges: The customer is strictly responsible for all original and return LTL freight charges, including custom crating.

• Unopened & Original Packaging: Returned hardware must be unused, uninstalled, in original crating, and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Vital State.

Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery of an LTL freight shipment without prior authorization will result in the forfeiture of all shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee deducted from any applicable refund.
