Terms of service

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

Website: vitalstate.health ("Vital State," "we," "us," or "our")

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our commercial procurement services. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions & Business Model

Vital State operates as an authorized commercial distributor and dealer of high-performance wellness and recovery hardware. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized commercial resale.

2. General Wellness Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

All products, hardware, specifications, and content displayed on this website are intended strictly for general wellness, athletic recovery, thermal regulation, and relaxation purposes.

No Medical Claims: Hardware sold by Vital State is not designed, evaluated, or sold to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Consultation Required: Customers and end-users are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to initiating hyperbaric, cold hydrotherapy, or infrared protocols.

3. Product Availability, Specs, and Pricing

Pricing Updates: Prices and availability for commercial hardware are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies on our storefront at any time.

Custom & Built-to-Order Units: Many items in our catalog (including commercial-grade hyperbaric chambers and integrated plunge suites) are custom-manufactured upon order placement. Stated lead times are estimates provided by manufacturing partners and are not guaranteed.

4. Payments, Underwriting, and Invoicing

Payment Terms: Full payment or approved commercial financing documentation is required prior to order processing and factory production scheduling.

Order Authorization: All orders are subject to security screening, merchant processor risk verification, and manufacturer inventory confirmation before acceptance.

5. Freight, Delivery, and Inspection

Due to the size, weight, and value of commercial hardware, specialized freight delivery policies apply:

Curbside / Freight Delivery: Standard deliveries are handled via freight carrier to the delivery address provided. White-glove installation services must be requested and quoted separately.

Receiving & Damage Inspection: The buyer or designated recipient must thoroughly inspect all crates and packaging upon arrival. Any visible exterior damage or concealed shipping damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing, and reported to Vital State within 48 hours.

6. Warranty & Manufacturer Guarantees

Vital State facilitates manufacturer warranty coverage for all equipment sold. Warranty policies, structural coverage, and component guarantees are set directly by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Vital State does not offer separate third-party warranties beyond official OEM policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vital State, its officers, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, product operation, facility integration, or delivery delays.
